What an Introducing Broker Does at MarketsAll
An Introducing Broker (IB) introduces traders to MarketsAll and is paid commission on the trading activity of the clients attributed to them. It is a referral relationship, not a sub-brokerage: the client opens an account with MarketsAll, is verified by MarketsAll, funds that account through MarketsAll, and remains a MarketsAll client throughout.
That distinction matters, and it protects you as much as it protects the client. An IB does not hold client money, does not accept deposits or process withdrawals, and does not place or manage trades on a client's account. Your role is introduction, relationship and ongoing service. Everything that touches client funds, identity verification and execution sits with MarketsAll.
Clients are attributed to you through your own referral link or IB code. When a trader registers through it and completes verification, the account is linked to your partner account and their trading activity appears in your reporting from that point forward.
MarketsAll operates under an Investment Dealer license issued by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, License No. GB23201682, and is subject to the FSC's ongoing supervision. Trading runs on MetaTrader 5, and clients trade CFDs on currencies, stocks, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and fixed income.
How the Partnership Starts
Four steps from application to your first linked client. Nothing goes live until the commercial terms are agreed in writing.
-
1. Apply
Complete the application form on this page. Tell us where your clients come from, which markets they trade and how you reach them.
-
2. Review and Due Diligence
We review the application and carry out our own checks on you or your company, including identity and, where applicable, corporate documents. We may ask for the license or registration your activity requires locally.
-
3. Terms Agreed in Writing
Your commercial terms are discussed individually and set out in a partnership agreement. You see them, and confirm them, before anything goes live.
-
4. Go Live
Your partner account is opened, your referral link and IB code are issued, and reporting begins with the first client attributed to you.
The Support You Receive
An IB is judged by the service their clients get. The support below is there so that judgement works in your favour.
-
A Dedicated Account Manager
One named contact who knows your book, handles escalations and is your route to the rest of the company. Not a shared inbox.
-
Client Support 24/5
Your clients reach the MarketsAll support team directly, 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday, by phone, e-mail or live chat, so routine questions do not all land on you.
-
Onboarding Help
Registration, identity verification and first deposit are handled in the Client Area by MarketsAll. Where a client gets stuck, we work it through with them.
-
Approved Promotional Material
Material carrying the MarketsAll name is provided and approved by us, which keeps your marketing consistent and keeps you inside the terms of the agreement.
-
Platform and Technical Help
Assistance with MetaTrader 5 on Windows, iOS and Android, from installation and login through to platform questions your clients raise.
-
Market Analysis to Share
The market analysis published on the MarketsAll website is open to your clients and gives you something of substance to send them between conversations. What is published varies, and no publication schedule is promised.
Commercial Terms
MarketsAll does not publish a rate card for its IB Program, and you will not find a commission figure anywhere on this page. That is deliberate. Terms are agreed individually, because the right structure depends on the markets your clients trade, the profile and size of the book you introduce, the region you operate in and how much of the client relationship you carry yourself.
What we will commit to is the process. Your structure is discussed with you directly, put in writing in the partnership agreement, and confirmed by both sides before your account goes live and before a single client is introduced. You will know exactly how your commission is calculated, on what basis and on what cycle, before you start.
If you already run an IB book elsewhere, tell us what you have in the application form. Setting that out up front makes for a more realistic conversation.
No commission rate, rebate, tier or payout figure is stated on this page. Any figure quoted to you comes from your signed partnership agreement, and that agreement is the only document that governs what you are paid.
How and When You Are Paid
Commission is generated by the trading activity of the clients linked to your IB code, and it accrues to your partner account rather than to a client trading account. The mechanics below apply to every IB agreement, whatever the agreed structure.
- Commission is calculated on verified trading activity of the clients attributed to you, and appears in the reporting period it relates to.
- The calculation basis, the accrual period, the payment cycle and the payment method are all set out in your agreement before you go live.
- Commission accrues to your partner account, where the balance and its movement are visible to you.
- Payment is made to the method registered on your partner account, once those payment details have been verified in your name or your company's name.
- Corrections are applied where a trade is cancelled, reversed or corrected, or where activity is found to breach the terms of the agreement.
- Accounts you own or control do not generate commission. Self-referral is excluded under the agreement.
If a payment is ever delayed or an amount does not match your own records, raise it with your account manager. Reporting figures are derived from the client activity recorded against your IB code, and your account manager can take you through how a figure was arrived at.
The Reporting You See
You should never have to ask us what your book is doing. Introducing brokers work from a partner account with its own reporting, issued when the application is approved.
-
Your Linked Clients
The clients attributed to your code, with their registration, verification and funding status, so you can see where each one is in the process.
-
Trading Activity
The trading volume generated by those clients over a period. Which measures of that activity your commission is calculated from is set out in your agreement.
-
Commission Accrued
What has accrued for the current period, what has already been paid, and what is outstanding.
-
Statements and History
A record of previous periods and payments, so this month can be checked against the last one.
Reporting is provided through the MarketsAll partner portal. The specific reports available to your account, and how often they are produced, are confirmed with you during onboarding. Existing partners sign in at partners.marketsall.com.
What Is Expected of You
An IB carries the MarketsAll name in front of clients, so the obligations below are part of every agreement. They are not paperwork; breaching them is the usual reason a partnership is suspended.
- Describe MarketsAll, its products and its trading conditions accurately, and never state or imply a figure we have not published.
- Never promise profit, guaranteed returns or a risk-free outcome, and never present past results as an indication of future performance.
- Do not give investment advice or personal recommendations, and do not direct or manage a client's trading decisions.
- Include the applicable risk warning wherever you promote trading, and make clear that CFDs are leveraged products that can lose money.
- Do not hold client money, accept deposits, process withdrawals, or place or manage trades on a client's account.
- Comply with the law wherever you operate, and hold any local registration or license your activity requires.
- Use promotional material that has been approved by MarketsAll, and do not market through unsolicited or automated messaging.
- Complete our due diligence checks on you or your company, and keep those details current for the life of the agreement.
- Introduce genuine clients trading on their own behalf. Duplicate, fabricated or incentivised accounts void the commission attached to them.
The Conditions Your Clients Trade Under
The account you introduce a client to matters as much as the commission you earn from it. There are four account types, and the difference between them is the entry amount and the spread that comes with it. Leverage of up to 1:200 is available on every tier.
-
Standard
From $50. EUR/USD from 0.9, XAU/USD from 35. Leverage up to 1:200.
-
Silver
From $5,000. EUR/USD from 0.7, XAU/USD from 25. Leverage up to 1:200.
-
Gold
From $10,000. EUR/USD from 0.5, XAU/USD from 15. Leverage up to 1:200.
-
Premium
From $25,000. EUR/USD from 0.1, XAU/USD from 8. Leverage up to 1:200.
Spreads are shown in pips, are typical values and are variable. They can widen in thin or fast-moving markets, around news events and outside the main trading hours of an instrument. The conditions that apply to each instrument are shown in MetaTrader 5 and on the pricing page. Leverage of up to 1:200 is a maximum, and higher leverage increases potential losses as well as potential gains. Clients register in the Client Area at client.marketsall.com/register.

Risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. MarketsAll does not provide investment advice, and nothing on this page is a recommendation to trade. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The IB Program is not available where the introduction of clients would breach local law, and applications are accepted at the discretion of MarketsAll.
